The Standard | Refunds & Technical Adjustments

At Suite Hair Studio, we stand behind the technical precision of our work. While we do not offer refunds for services or hair extensions, we are committed to your total satisfaction through our Technical Adjustment protocol.

  • Adjustment Window: If you feel an adjustment is needed, you must contact the studio within ten (7) business days of your original session. No exceptions.

  • ALL Hair Extension purchases are final, 

  • Booking: All adjustments must be scheduled and completed within 14 days of the original service.

  • The Goal: Our priority is ensuring your result meets the architectural and aesthetic standards of the Mantle & Co. method.

The Commitment

Booking & Cancellations

To maintain the integrity of our schedule and provide each guest with an immersive, one-on-one experience, we require a non-refundable deposit ($50–$100) for all color, balayage, and extension services.

  • The Investment: Your deposit is a credit toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment.

  • Rescheduling: We understand life happens. Deposits are transferable to a new date, provided the change is made with more than 24 hours' notice.

  • Forfeiture: Deposits are retained in full for no-call/no-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice without a rescheduled date.

  • Reminders: As a courtesy, we provide automated text and email reminders to help you manage your session.
