Booking/Cancellation/Rescheduling
All color, highlight/balayage, & extension services will require a non-refundable $50 deposit to hold your appointment date.
This cost is then subtracted from your total on the day of your appointment.
If you reschedule your appointment at any point the $50 will transfer to your new appointment date.
The deposit will be kept in full if you:
- no call/no show to your appointment
- cancel without 24hr notice and do not reschedule
Suite Hair Studio will send you a reminder text or email prior to your appointment to avoid this.
Refunds/Re-Do's
In the case of any dissatisfaction with a service you have received, we are happy to provide you the opportunity to return to the salon for us to redo the service.
Re-Do:
The client must contact us within ten (10) business days of the original service...
NO EXCEPTIONS
The re-do appointment must be booked within 14 days
of the original service...
NO EXCEPTIONS
Refunds:
We do not refund any services provided.
